Office Management

 

They ensure the smooth running of our project work

 

All office management personnel have a minimum of 10 years project management experience to ensure the smooth running of a wide range of project work.

 

Our office personnel all have their own computer linked via a network. When required a computer will be installed in the site office.

 

Where applicable we have access to consultants to assist should any major problems occur which are outside of our capabilities.

 

 
Planning and Programming

David Browne Contractors use a Windows based Project Management System, and in-house spread sheets to cover all aspects of Project Management. These systems ensure items are ordered and delivered within the time period. Should an unforeseen delay in the delivery occur, the work is rescheduled to alleviate any unnecessary delays in the overall work schedule. Efforts are then made to expedite the items if required by an alternative means or from an alternative source.

 

The project is continually monitored to ensure the deadlines are met, and through site meetings and in-house meetings the required personnel are determined and allocated. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all progress claims are accurate, then they are processed through our main office.
